Where are those old cheeses?

Artificial sweeteners, flavors, preservatives or any additives are not used in traditional and artisan cheese production. Only clean raw materials, technique and experience are involved in making these cheeses. Although artisanal flavor is tried to be offered in mass-produced cheeses with the machines and different techniques developed today, the same level of health and naturalness cannot be achieved with these products, which are far from boutique production.
