Our producers feed alfalfa, barley, wheat and vetch mixtures to animals that feed on endemic grasses in the pastures of Mount Ida for most of the year.

According to the technical details requested, we prepare our special production premium cheeses according to the standards required by your country (fat percentage and protein ratio, etc.) and present them to your market.

We prefer bovine (goat and sheep) milk from farms where animal welfare is ensured. We produce with the milk of animals that are naturally fed in the pasture most of the year, where machine milking is done, mother and offspring bonding is strengthened.
