We are based on a production modeling that is always human, environment and quality-oriented, protects natural resources and uses them in the most efficient way. We prevent environmental pollution by following scientific research without compromising quality and food safety under any circumstances, and we raise awareness of our producers and consumers within the scope of environmental policy. We are moving forward with solutions that reduce carbon and water footprint.
Why Leader Agro Products?
- Traditional and artisanal production techniques are used.
- Preservatives and additives are not used in the products.
- The milk used in production is not skimmed.
- It is produced with yeast made from 100% goat chirden.
- The salt used in production is salt in accordance with the communiqué on cheese. It preserves the cheese and does not affect health in a negative way compared to other salts.
- Production is carried out in micromanufactories under hygienic conditions by ensuring food safety.
- The animals of local producers are fed most of the year on pastures with unique flora.
- Producers give their animals a mixture of alfalfa, barley, wheat and vetch that they grow themselves as roughage.
- Animals are milked by machine. Udder hygiene is ensured before and after milking.
- The milk used in production and the cheese produced are periodically quality tested.
- Our products are fermented naturally. They are left to ripen naturally in rooms with a certain temperature and humidity. This is why our cheeses contain only beneficial bacteria.
- Production is entirely local producer labor.
